Your child is an amazing learning machine! When they navigate their way through the class they'll:Learn about different sounds, helping them identify sounds around them and also listen to their teachers in class.
Learn to match pitch with their voices so they can confidently recreate and sing back that catchy tune they hear! Learn to keep a steady beat using rhythm instruments, creating a foundation for all music and helping them to feel music with their whole body. Learn about different instruments, including the piano, and opening them up to all the possibilities of music. Learn to interact with other children in a group setting and prepare them for preschool and kindergarten. |

Q: Do we play any instruments?
A: We play rhythm instruments in every class, such as shakers, rhythm sticks, and drums and we also spend time at the piano - which is definitely a favorite activity!
Q: What is the parent's role?
A: Parents are welcome to join their toddlers for the first two weeks of class to see what they are learning. After that, we ask that you wait in the lobby for your toddler. We have found that toddlers generally respond better when in a class with just their peers.
Q: What are the class sizes?
A: Each class has a range of two to six toddlers.
Q: Can my child join at any time?
A: Yes, the curriculum is created in such a way that it caters to toddlers of various ages.
Q: Can my child continue after his/her first semester?
A: Yes, your child is welcome in toddler class until the age of 4. In any class there could be a combination of toddlers who have never been to a music class and some for whom this will be their second or third semester. As a result, we will keep track of each individual child’s progress and give you a summary of everything at the end of the semester.

A: When your child turns four, he/she will be well-prepared for our group piano classes and choir. Everything your child learns in toddler class will directly correlate with our group curriculum and help them excel in our group piano program.
